Davena Vihagun plot
It is 1989 in a village in Sri Lanka. After her husband is kidnapped, tortured and murdered by soldiers, Kusum is left alone to care for her eight children and her mother-in-law. After being abused and raped and working some strange jobs, Kusum ends up in prostitution. When she works in a brothel, the police arrest her. Then the news hits the village and the family's life is turned upside down.
