Daddy plot

"A baby changes everything."

When Stacy (Patricia Arquette) tells her boyfriend Bobby (Dermot Mulroney) that she's pregnant, he sees his world crumble. He would like to continue studying classical guitar after college, but that is impossible with a family. Moreover, he feels much too young for that responsibility, but she refuses an abortion. With the help of teacher Jacobs (Danny Aiello), he makes a decision.
