Torchy, Slim and Eddie are technicians for the telephone company. When their supervisor is murdered, the boys offer to adopt his daughter Ann. The men soon harbor romantic feelings for the shapely young lady. When Eddie dies threading during extremely bad weather, Torchy and Slim must compete for Ann's affection. Who will win her over?
