Cinta Itu Buta plot

Diah is from Indonesia. She works as a tourist guide in Busan (South Korea). Diah has been engaged to her Korean boyfriend Jun-ho for years, but they never get married because he keeps refusing to set a date. One day, Diah catches him on a terrace with her best friend. Completely off the map, she loses consciousness. When Diah regains consciousness in the hospital, it turns out that she has lost her sight due to the stress. Back at home an unknown man brings her food every day. At first, Diah doesn't want to know anything about the stranger.
