Checkers plot
"GINGER JANE'S A WINNER BY TEN LENGTHS...AND A THOUSAND LAUGHS!!"
The owner of a racehorse is in danger of losing everything because the bank wants to seize his horse ranch. He wants the horse to participate in a race to prevent that disaster. Just before the race, the horse breaks his leg and all hope seems to have vanished. The owner's niece calls in a vet who wants to try a new technique on the horse to repair the leg.
