C.E.O. plot

Ling Min becomes manager of the Haier organization when it is virtually bankrupt. He has had no formal training, but studies Western management theories and Eastern philosophies intensively. Ling Min tries to free the employees from the old management ideas, which are no longer sufficient for today's competition. He manages to rebuild the factory, even though he often encounters opposition.
