"Before you die...you hear the buzz!"

Cass (Jason Allen Wolfe) and Pete (Stephen J. Heffernan) are two maintenance men at the Pea Tree Apartments. Cass has a drug problem and Pete is diabetic with a drinking problem. However, things start to go wrong when the residents die one by one in bizarre accidents. With each gruesome death, a piece of Pete's tool is recovered. The tool appears to come to life...
