Bunker plot

Despite their belief that they were stationed in a bunker due to a clerical error, two isolated Quebec soldiers face a serious decision. They seem unable to find out if their country is under attack but have to follow the protocol that will exterminate a few million people in the former Soviet Union by means of a nuclear attack. However, the Cold War has been over for 25 years.
