Bockshorn plot

The two teenage boys Sauly and Mick meet while hitchhiking across the United States and they continue their journey together. They want to go to sea. Along the way, the two pass many fantastic events. First they are taken by a man in an old car. They spend the night in a motel with all kinds of obscure guests. There they meet Landolfi who wants to convince Sauly that he has sold his guardian angel to a certain Mr. Miller. But Sauly is actually intimidated by Landolfi. Together with Mick, he goes in search of Mr. Miller to get his guardian angel back.
