Blazni a Devcatka plot

Zizkov in the 1950s. The communist system is beginning to show cracks in Czechoslovakia. The adolescent Jirka Akrman will be the worst, because the hormones are coursing through his body and he is looking for his first great love. That is not so easy in this neighbourhood, with its large number of eccentric characters and people who cannot keep up with the changing society.
