"Half a million in hidden loot caused ten crimes BEFORE DAWN!"
Joe Valerie, a mobster, committed a major robbery 15 years ago and always kept the money hidden. When he threatens to die a painful death, he decides to trade the secret with Dr. Cornelius for a coup de grace. When Mrs. Marble reads about Joe's death, she decides to spend all the money, but Joe's ghost won't allow it and lets her fall down the stairs. The police come to investigate, but they are not sure if it is a murder or an accident so they decide to seek help from Dr. to invoke Cornelius. But then it turns out that no one is actually looking for the reason for Mrs. Marble, but that they all want the loot!
