Batterî plot

High school student Takumi is a gifted pitcher who is unpopular due to his arrogance. His father is indifferent to him and his mother is especially concerned about his somewhat sickly younger brother. When they move to a better environment for the younger brother, he befriends a good catcher at the new school. Together they aim to make the school team successful. But then his little brother becomes seriously ill.
