Antikvariati plot

A young Georgian woman, Medea, who recently sold her house in Georgia, visits an apartment in the historical center of St. Petersburg. It is for sale at a very low price, but it comes with its owner, an old man named Vadim Vadimich. Medea is happy with everything, even the prospect of having an old man as a roommate does not scare her. She is ready to move in right away and start a new life, but she should be given a month's probation.
