During a hot summer day, 15 characters are followed, for 14 hours, who inhabit the streets and buildings in Porto Alegre. A boy tries to buy aspirins from the grocer but gets candies, a naked woman flees from pigeons in her apartment and a man and his girlfriend drink perfume.
