Agava plot
A small border town on Slovakia's southern border is shaken by the arrival of contractor Hampl and his young wife Nada. She is liked by the equally old teacher Daniel, who is still recovering from his military experiences during the Second World War. Nada tries to resist his charms, but the seductive scent of the flowering agave makes this very difficult for her.
