Afurika Monogatari plot

Somewhere in the African jungle, an old man lives alone with his granddaughter. They share their shelter with numerous semi-tame animals. One day, a small plane crashes near their home. The pilot finds the two and temporarily seeks shelter with them. He falls in love with the girl, but this is not appreciated by his fiancée when she shows up with a rescue crew.
