A House in Berlin plot

Unexpectedly, Stella inherits an old house in Berlin from her Jewish great-uncle. It is a house with a turbulent history, where especially the 20th century has left its mark. Therefore, she will have to fight for the right to claim ownership of her estate. Desirous of doing so, she embarks on a personal journey into the past, which turns out to be far more complex and layered than she could ever have imagined.
