Zupa plot

When the Latvian Maira thinks about her childhood, she can only remember one thing: a bag of instant soup with a large rooster on it. A present from her father after a trip to Yugoslavia. At the time of the Soviet Union, products from abroad were scarce and therefore very special. The rooster and the instant soup continued to fascinate Maira for the rest of her life.
