Zu Ende Leben plot

"What would you do if you were told you only had one year to live?" This is the question the Swiss author Franz Hohler asks himself. His replies, "Let death lead you to enjoy life to the fullest." He is one of many carefully chosen Swiss citizens who provide an insight into their personal views on life and death. So is Tom, a 50-year-old man diagnosed with an incurable brain tumor. Contrary to what one might expect, Tom takes his illness not as a burden but as an opportunity and now lives his life happier than ever before. This to the surprise of his family and friends and above all, to himself.
