Zero Percent plot

The Sing Sing is a prison in the American town of Ossining in the state of New York. The prison has become infamous for its record number of electric chair executions in the past. Today, Sing Sing offers an in-house high school to inmates, with surprisingly good results. This documentary offers a look inside the walls of the institution and shows the power of development through education.
