This long-banned short film sheds essential light on the circulation, exhibition and history of African art. Buried deep in the basement of the British Museum, hidden in plastic bags and wooden crates, lies a treasure trove of ancient and rare African artefacts. In a single day, the vast amount of African art stolen by colonial forces is revealed.
