Welcome plot

Shooting this film in the remote, mountainous area of Sichuan, Zhu Rikun pays attention to the workers' lung disease, but the local authorities are no longer allowed to talk to the sick workers. He is only allowed to film the landscape. The painful conversation with the local authorities, the Stabilization Office and the party secretary of the Department of Politics and Judiciary can be heard in its entirety in the film. Their threats are wrapped in pleasantries and kind words. They are happy with a film that positively promotes the region, but also urge to watch all the footage and ultimately demand the right to destroy the footage. Because stability must not be threatened.
