Wandern plot

Wandern is a musical documentary in which filmmaker Ruud Lenssen follows the acclaimed pianist-composer Egbert Derix from Horst as he puts the finishing touches to his new song cycle. Derix bases the lyrics for this on previously unpublished poems written by his late father Jan in the 1950s. By translating these poems into music, Derix tries to renew contact with his father.
