Wadans Welt plot

Wismar, 120 km east of Hamburg, has 45,000 inhabitants. The family income of 1/3 of the families depends on the Wanda shipyard. This is the only major company in the region. In August 2008, a Russian investor takes over the company. The future seems assured. Shortly thereafter, the financial and economic crisis begins. 5000 jobs are at risk.
