Volcanic Sprint plot

The Mount Cameroon Race of Hope is an annual foot race in Mount Cameroon. Due to the appalling conditions and the many dangers along the way, about half of the athletes drop out, many are injured and even runners die. However, the winner is richly rewarded. This documentary follows Sarah, a five-time winner and also known as Queen of the Mountain. She has seven children, one of whom is in hospital and struggling with an injury, but she is still preparing for the race because she needs the money to support her family.
