Violet Gave Willingly plot

For Canadian textile artist Deborah Dumka, each color evokes its own emotion. In her studio by the sea, she dyes wool fibers in large cooking pots, after which she puts the sheep's wool through the carding mill and carefully wet-felts the result. Claire Sanford records the skillfully executed actions while, as a filmmaker and daughter of Dumka, she asks questions that sometimes prove difficult to answer.
