Truth or Consequences plot

In the US state of New Mexico, a small city lies in the shadow of a major space project: 'Truth or Consequences', called 'T or C' by residents, is a bus ride away from Spaceport America, where commercial flights to space are planned. Hannah Jayanti pays tribute to the citizens of T or C who are the true heart of the film. In the film, the richest Americans have already fled to space to colonize new planets. It is a combination of fact, fiction, documentary cinema, animation, virtual reality images and improvised music by Bill Frisell.
