To celebrate the tenth anniversary of the abolition of apartheid in South Africa (2004), The Internationals, a heterogeneous group performing ska and reggae, toured the poor working-class neighborhoods of Johannesburg and Cape Town, where otherwise there is usually little cultural experience. Junior Mthombeni, son of an ANC refugee and a Belgian mother, has taken advantage of the tour to conduct a series of interviews with big names from the South African music scene. The documentary pays tribute to South Africa's cultural and musical diversity. He highlights the importance and role of music under apartheid and its evolution to the present day.
