Documentary that provides an unvarnished look at the legendary rock star Tom Petty during the period in which, according to many, he is making his best album: the emotionally charged record 'Wildflowers'. It draws from an archive of never-before-seen film clips on 16mm film from the period, in which we see Petty at work in the studio, on tour with his backing band The Heartbreakers, and at home with his family. We also see new interviews with the album's co-producers, Heartbreaker Mike Campbell and Rick Rubin, among others.
