They Call It Acid plot

In the mid-eighties, a new music movement called Acid House was born in Chicago. This soon spread to Great Britain and the rest of Europe. During the peak of subculture in Britain, the British government cracked down. With a hate campaign and a bill, the British government managed to ban illegal raves. By spending millions to fund a special police unit whose sole purpose was to crush this new movement.
