The Walk plot

Nine-year-old Syrian girl Asil is waiting in Turkey for official papers. Her migration story is depicted through the giant puppet Amal, created by the artists of the Handspring Puppet Company. The film, somewhere between documentary and fiction, reality and poetry, offers a new perspective on asylum and migration and is a tribute to refugee children.
