The Ride plot

Each winter, a troop of Sioux horseback riders cross the Great Plains of Dakota to commemorate their ancestors' massacre at Wounded Knee. On these lands that are no longer theirs, the older ones try to pass on their culture, or what's left of it, to the younger ones. A journey back in time to reconstruct a lost identity that confronts America with its own history.
