The Metaphor plot

Painter Andrew Wyethl sent a letter to director King Vidor in which he wrote that his "The Big Parade" (1925) was the best film he had ever seen. The film had had a great influence on various aspects of his painting. Vidor visited Wyethl and together they talked about "The Big Parade", cinema and art in general. This documentary is a record of these conversations.
