The Battle for Laikipia plot

In Laikipia, Kenya, a battle over land and water is escalating between indigenous pastoralist communities and large landowners. While these communities, who have lived off nomadic herding for generations, fight for their right to exist, landowners claim land for conservation and ecotourism. Historical inequalities and postcolonial power structures are causing growing tensions, exacerbated by political interests and corruption.
