Talking to the Wind plot

Since 2015, Maharashtra, India has been plagued by a man-made drought that surpassed the 1972 drought, a natural disaster. During the last three years of the drought, farmers have invested thousands of dollars in their crops, all to no avail. And while climate change was a catalyst, it wasn't the only reason behind the mass suicides.
