Sunset Story plot

"They're old, they're bold, and they'll change the way you think about aging."

Lucille and Irja are residents of Sunset Hall, a special retirement home. The residents are all retired radicals; stopped working but not protesting against injustice. Condemned to a wheelchair, Irja has a sunny, positive character and is always looking for new traditions to indulge in. Lucille was raised Jewish but has always strived to adapt. Through the lives of these two women, an image is portrayed of Sunny Hall and all its inhabitants.
