SPK Komplex plot

The anti-psychiatric Sozialistisches Patientenkollektiv (SPK) was founded in 1970 in Heidelberg and attributed individual suffering to the capitalist structures of society. It started as a self-organized experiment in group therapy led by Dr. Wolfgang Huber with psychiatric patients, with Hegel lectures and individual arousal, before becoming radicalized. The latter ended in criminal proceedings against its members, some of whom went underground with the Red Army Faction.
