Sous Mon Aile plot

A trip to Japan, devised by star chef Thierry Marx, for three young people from the training for reintegration into the professional world Cuisine Mode d'Emploi(s) that he founded. Thierry Marx takes them to the region of Akita, in the northwest of the archipelago. He wants them to share the traditions and expertise of 'his' Japan with them.
