Soufra plot

"The wildly inspirational story of the world’s most unlikely entrepreneurs."

South of Beirut, Lebanon, is a 68-year-old refugee camp with refugees from Palestine, Syria and Iraq. Many have lived in this camp all their lives - Mariam AlShaar is one of them. Now Mariam has brought the women in this camp together to do what has never been done before. Mariam starts a catering company, which she calls 'Soufra'. She then expands this with trucks that transport the food.
