Something about Georgia plot

It seems to be an ordinary summer evening in the Georgian capital Tbilisi. The camera glides over the rooftops, lights and low-hanging clouds around the hills. A flock of birds flies by. It is August 8, 2008. The camera pans to a living room, where President Mikhail Saakashvili declares on television that he opened fire after an attack by South Ossetian separatists and Russian bombers.
