Savage Splendor plot

"Africa's wildest secrets in blazing color!"

Documentary about the expedition of Armand Denis and Lewis Cotlow through Africa. Both trek a total of 22,000 miles through the states of Tanzania, Belgian Congo and British East Africa. Highlights of this ten-month journey include an impressive elephant hunt by the Pygmies from the Belgian Congo, the coronation of King Mbofe Mabiashe and the capture of a rhinoceros.
