Salam Sarane plot

In the documentary "Salam Sarane," 17 young men from diverse backgrounds travel to the Moluccas to document the camaraderie and tolerance between Muslims and Christians. Unlike the rest of predominantly Muslim Indonesia, the Moluccas are predominantly populated by Christians. Using personal stories, historical context, and a specially organized indoor soccer tournament, the film demonstrates how religious and cultural differences can converge into a shared identity of respect and solidarity.
