Sacrifice plot

A documentary about D-Day, the landing of Allied troops in Normandy on June 6, 1944. Unknown archive material has been remastered and colored with the latest techniques. The decisive military operation of the Second World War is shown in detail from every imaginable perspective. Crisp images taken from the air, sea and land together provide the most shocking and accurate picture of the invasion ever. This film depicts the death blow on the French beaches minute by minute, following the victors all the way to their glorious capture of Paris in August of that year.
