Rules of Single Life plot
We follow four Bulgarian immigrants in the Finnish capital Helsinki during their search for a love. All four of them have had a bumpy amorous course and now give themselves exactly 12 months to find a decent partner. If that doesn't work - so they have decided - then Finnish women are a closed chapter for them. But they do intend to do everything in their power to succeed in their mission. Internet dates, sports dates, dance courses and even an initiation into the finer points of Tantric sex: they leave nothing untouched in finding the love of their lives. But life and love are full of surprises. For example, in the form of ex-wives and ex-girlfriends who do not leave the four men alone. But the men are also confronted with unexpected experiences during their new escapades. Why don't all women put their picture on the Internet dating sites? Why do Finnish men have less body hair than Bulgarian ones? And is it even possible to really get to know someone in twelve months?
