Rock on Bones plot
After hearing the Russian punks from “The Oz” perform John Lennon's song “God” by French filmmaker Caroline Troubetzkoy, she becomes captivated by the group. But the four unpolished Russians are not the simplest love prey. As perpetual resisters, the punks bite off easily, are reckless and highly flammable. Troubetzkoy nevertheless decides to capture the group on film for two years. What starts as a road movie, turns into a psychological, anthropological consideration of the filmmaker. The trips with the mess are irregular, regularly get out of hand and contain emotions from the entire spectrum.
