Jota Cardona grew up poor on Colombia's violent, drug-ridden streets. He was determined to be someone. At the age of fourteen he was selling drugs on the street. By his early 20s, Jota was already a wealthy drug kingpin working alongside or against heavyweights Pablo Escobar and Griselda Blanco. But this story is not without tragedy. From his brother's accidental murder to his eventual incarceration, Jota went from rags to riches and back to rags again. In this documentary, Jota takes the viewer through his colorful and notorious life, and he holds nothing back.
