RADJ: On Roots & Rooting plot

At the age of 28, Radjkoemarie emigrated from Suriname to the Netherlands in 1975. Two generations later, her granddaughter Nadine is researching her Hindustani roots based on the story of her grandmother Radj. Nadine travels with her to Suriname, where they look for answers to what it means to have 'roots' in multiple places and the meaning of 'home'.
