Placebo plot

At one of the most prestigious medical schools in India, the chance of admission is less than 0.1%. In comparison, Harvard has an adoption rate of 7%. You can therefore assume that, as the introductory voiceover says, this faculty is home to some of the most brilliant thinkers in the country. After witnessing a case of serious aggression between a number of students, filmmaker Abhay Kumar decides to delve into the increasing number of violent incidents on the university campus. He closely follows four students for two years. The documentary paints a picture of an exceptional place, where the pressure to perform is often unheard of, extreme intelligence is sometimes a burden and students can be heartbreakingly lonely.
