Perú Sabe plot

Something remarkable is happening in Peru. Today, more than eighty thousand young people choose to study gastronomy. In this documentary we see how this massive choice for the kitchen turns out to be the engine for the changes in the Latin American country. Chefs Ferran Adrià and Gaston Acurio traveled to Peru in search of the roots of Peruvian cuisine and an explanation for the sudden increased interest in cooking.
