Panna! plot
For a street football player, a Panna is the greatest possible humiliation there is; if your opponent plays the ball through your legs. And the bigger the audience, the bigger the humiliation. In street football it is not primarily about the goals or the team performance, but about the beautiful tricks and fooling around by the opponent with which you can show what you have as an individual. But as popular as the street football heroes are, there is not much money to be made on the street. That's why many guys dream of a career in a professional club. The main characters of Panna!, Mitchell and Said, grew up in Geuzenveld, Amsterdam-West. Both boys are huge talents who have won multiple street football tournaments. They want to succeed in football because they see this as the only way to escape the temptations of the street. But to achieve their goal, talent alone is not enough, they will have to show a lot of perseverance and willpower.
